Hello, my name is Nelofar. I am a graduate of Arrojo Cosmetology School in Soho. I had a great foundation to build on and after honing my skills at an Arrojo Ambassador Salon, I decided that it was time to create Harlow Hair Loft. My space will give me the ability to create the experience I have always envisioned for my clients. I use the best products that I truly believe in. You must cancel appointments 48 hours in advance. I charge 20% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.
